| White Sail “Cruise
in Company” event at the H.R.S.C. Regatta on Sunday 13th July 2008. The club will again be holding a “White Sail Cruise in Company” event at the club regatta and the details are as follows….. The event will commence at 1200 hours in an Easterly direction at the Dennis line. There will not be a committee boat at the start line. Course: From the DENNIS Line rounding PORTHALLOW buoy (P) – BLACK ROCK buoy (P) – MAENPORTH buoy (P) - DENNIS line finish. Cruisers taking place please fly flag “V” Cruisers must pass to seaward of the August Rock buoy. Competitors to record their finish time and the sail number of the boats finishing immediately ahead and behind if applicable. White sails only – no spinnakers or cruising chutes. On completion of the course, helmsman must submit details of their Yacht name, Type, Make and Length together finishing details to the cruising rep, at the clubhouse, by 1700 hours.
